Public Access is a method of employing Barristers, without the need to employ a solicitor.
Barristers who have had suitable training are now able to accept briefs, and take instructions from clients without the involvement of a solicitor.
Julian Malins QC has received public access training, meaning that you can cut your costs by instructing directly, in suitable cases.
We accept instructions from the UK and abroad and can advise on both contentious and non-contentious issues and can carry out all preparatory work required to bring a case to trial, as well as advise clients on new law, amendments to existing legislation and legal viability of clients’ new projects.
