Marc Beaumont is in his 40th year at the English Bar.

He specialises in commercial and property litigation and professional disciplinary work. Most of Marc’s work is conducted in the High Court (primarily, the Chancery Division and Administrative Court).

He is an experienced appellate advocate.

Marc defends barristers, solicitors, surveyors and other professionals in disciplinary investigations and proceedings. He was a pioneer of the scheme of direct access to barristers. He accepts direct instructions both in the UK and from overseas clients.

Unusually for a barrister, Marc also has rights to conduct litigation. He is a skilful, eloquent and determined advocate and an accomplished lawyer respected for his ingenuity. He is a Fellow of the the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an experienced Mediator.
